Movement Matters: An Exploration into Physical Activity Resources for Oregonians with Disabilities
Finding ways to be physically active during Oregon’s “stay at home order” can be fun and provide an opportunity to try something new. This is a 3-part webinar adventure designed to explore and try new and fun ways to keep us moving at home. The webinar series is for people with disabilities, their families and support staff and is brought to you by the Oregon Self-Advocacy Coalition (OSAC), the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), the Oregon Office on Disability and Health (OODH) at the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), and our many presenting partners.
Each adventure covers the important benefits of staying active and provides state-wide and national on-line physical activity resources.
